Cancellation Policy

At Cool Vibes Taxi and Tours, we understand that plans can change. To ensure clarity and fairness, we have outlined our cancellation policy below:

Cancellation by the Customer

• More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund of the tour cost.
• 24 to 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the tour cost.
• Less than 24 hours before the tour or no-show: No refund will be provided.

Cancellation by Cool Vibes Taxi and Tours

• In the rare event that we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, operational challenges), you will receive the option of:
  1. A full refund of the tour cost.
  2. Rescheduling the tour to a later date.

Modifications to Bookings

• Modifications to your tour (e.g., date changes or group size adjustments) must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals

• Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of the tour without a refund.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
